Ryo Honda's Humorous SDGs Illustration Exhibition:
Enjoy Understanding the 17 Goals for Saving the World

ITOCHU Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Yoshihisa Suzuki, President & COO: hereinafter "ITOCHU") announced today that it will hold "Ryo Honda's Humorous SDGs Illustration Exhibition: Enjoy Understanding the 17 Goals for Saving the World," sponsored by Japan Association for the World Food Programme (Nishi-ku, Yokohama; Chairperson: Koki Ando; hereinafter "JAWFP"), at ITOCHU AOYAMA ART SQUARE, the local hub of community contribution, from October 1.

While the deadline to achieve the SDGs*1 is approaching in 10 years, there are many global issues to address and the details of the SDGs are insufficiently understood. In this situation, Ryo Honda, a creator who works as a planner and environmental comic artist, illustrated the 17 SDGs and their issues.
Held in conjunction with World Food Day*2, this exhibition offers an opportunity to deepen understanding of the SDGs, including the issue of hunger, which JAWFP addresses, and consider how to solve them. In addition, we hope that you enjoy the unique expressions, fresh colors and delicate touch of 40 original pictures drawn by Mr. Honda for the exhibition.

* The exhibition will be open with preventive measures against COVID-19. The opening status of the exhibition may change depending on future COVID-19 circumstances. Refer to the latest information on the ITOCHU AOYAMA ART SQUARE website or Facebook page.
